Maxed out

Ibe played this for a few years & I am at level 100. I maxed my dollars, spent a bunch & maxed out again. No When I want to add items (buildings, plants, etc) I get a message that pops up that says Ive maxed out (whatever) & I need to sell something so I can buy something else. Really??

So tell me why I should continue to play this game???
